Lineville Industrial Park

     The City of Lineville has three industrial parks; North Park, East Park, and South Park. The South Park consists of retail and light industry.  The East Park located on highway 48 consists of approximately 55 acres with options for additional acreage.  It is our latest industrial park.  Park North now has 60 available acres with all the infrastructure in place running parallel to the railroad . This park has the potential for growth due to land that has been offered with an option to buy.  Park South is filled at this time, but has space available from private individuals.
